  • Classroom A / Randy Dudik

The gospel according to Saint Luke has been called the loveliest book in the world. Perhaps this is because of Luke's attention to detail and use of vivid description. More likely, it is because he is a vigorous champion of the outsider. As Luke shares his account of Jesus' life and ministry, those of us who at any time have found ourselves on the outside looking in, will discover the doors wide open and God welcoming anyone in Jesus.

Hebrews is about the absolute supremacy and sufficiency of      Jesus--the radiance of God’s glory and the exact expression of his nature.  The letter describes the superiority of Christ’s person, the superiority of Christ’s work, and the superiority of the Christian lifestyle. A striking feature is the author’s presentation of the    gospel through expositions of eight passages of Old Testament Scriptures.
