Rick Pratte

    Rick stepped into the Senior Pastor role at Brookdale Church November 1, 2019. His previous role was as Associate Pastor of Congregational Life at Grace EPC in Lawrence, KS for 16 years. Prior to that he and his wife served on staff with Cru for 13 years in Grand Forks, ND, Lawrence, KS and Lincoln, NE. He holds a Masters in Divinity from Reformed Theological Seminary, Orlando, FL. He is married to Kelli, his wife of 28 years and they have 3 children, Cameron, Lindsey and Libby.


    Ben Parmer

    Ben has a passion for Life on Life Missional discipleship and longs to see Christ formed in God's people (Gal 4:19). He has served in East Asia teaching English, Orlando with a campus ministry, church planting in Puerto Rico and in Montgomery, AL working with International Students. Ben most recently served at the Dean of Students and Greek instructor at Sangre de Cristo Seminary in Westcliffe, CO where he is also a graduate.  Ben is married to Nikki and they met while she was serving as a missionary in Almaty, Kazakhstan. They have four children: Lydia, Thomas, Sam & AJ.


    Terri Lansbury

    Terri is a wife to John, mom to Jennifer and Brian (and their spouses Tayo and Anna, respectively), and grandma to Ava, Emma, and Carter.  She grew up in Emporia, Kansas where she studied accounting at Emporia State University.  As the wife of a former pastor, Terri is well acquainted with life in the church. She has served as Office Administrator at Brookdale Church since August 1999.


    Sue Bolander

    Sue believes she has the best job in the church. Working with children and sharing the gospel of Jesus has always been Sue’s desire. She attended Eastern University in St. David’s PA and graduated with a teaching degree.  Sue has served for “many” years at Brookdale Church and loves working with all the families in the church and neighborhood. Sue is married to David and the mother of Matthew and Sarah.


    Henry Kritikos

    Henry joined the staff at Brookdale as Director of Student Ministries and Worship in October of 2020. He and his wife Amanda met at the University of Kansas and married in 2008. They moved from to Denver, CO where Henry earned a Master of Arts in Theology from Denver Seminary. He’s enjoyed leading in several churches through worship and youth ministry, most recently as Director of Student Ministries at Warehouse 242 (EPC) in Charlotte, North Carolina. Henry and Amanda rejoice over their four children: Annaliese, Ebenezer, Cyprian and Lawrence.
